Everyone in the team I’m leading seems to not be able come to meetings when they should. I can skype them at time’s they’re free and I think they’re keen to get involved, but it’s really hard to get them to meet all together. People are SO busy! What do I do?
Skype was invented exactly for this reason! Not only does it mean that you can meet people at whichever time works for you, but you can also cut out travel time that would be impractical for shorter meetings.
This can also come in handy when you take international meetings or interviews- by then you’ll be a pro.
Make sure to keep a live document going for your team so that everyone is up to date with your developments if they can’t make a meeting.
Best of luck,
Joanna.
