I’m currently year 12 and have already gained 50 excellence credits, and am nearly certain I should gain the 80 required to pass the year, meaning I’m set to pass level 2 NCEA with excellence endorsed.
I do have the option to drop some internals, as I have enough credits and do not want to stress myself out coming into mocks.
However this means I may not be able to achieve excellence course endorsements for some subjects. How closely do universities (mainly NZ or possibly UK) look at course endorsements? Especially for scholarships to university?
The main question is do universities look at your results beyond certificate endorsement, and should I be more focused on course endorsement.
