I think it depends more on the rigor of your courseload than the actual curriculum. For an average US university, IB would be favored since it emulates the liberal arts nature of US universities. For top universities, the restrictive nature of the IB in terms of the number of courses in the diploma would make it slightly more disadvantages than the A levels and APs.
