May/June CIE resit
Do you know if May/June CIE AS Level resits of Oct/Nov(preceding year) are reported, and consequently, affect how colleges look at you?

Whether something is reported or not depends on the counsellor. If the results are not good, it will affect how the colleges look at you.

To what extent? What if you got a B(70~%) initially, but then something like A*(95~%)?

B -> A* is definitely better than a B by itself.
