Tips for preparing for tests at Princeton? Are they very different from high school tests?
Princeton tests, as opposed to many high school tests, rarely rely on straight regurgitation of information, but rather the application of knowledge that you have learned on completely novel problems. This was the biggest shock for me, as a freshman. My advice? Start doing the past practice exams that teachers will share early, figure out what you don’t know, and focus your time on that material. Efficiency is key when studying here at Princeton.
